Individual therapy

It’s important to recognize that we can’t change other people, but we can work on our own inner changes. Learning how to unlock your own potential and make inner shifts can be incredibly empowering.
Couples counseling
Couples come to therapy for different reasons - misunderstandings, communication problems, a loss of closeness, or intense conflicts. Couples therapy provides a safe and supportive space where both partners can be heard, understand their needs and emotional reactions, and together explore patterns that affect their relationship.
The goal is not only to resolve conflict, but also to rebuild trust, intimacy, and mutual understanding. When both partners want change, therapy can help create new ways of connecting, communicating, and supporting each other - opening the path to a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.
