What You Can Expect

Sessions last 60 minutes and take place in a calm, safe space where you can pause, tune in to yourself, and be fully present.

At the first session, you will have the opportunity to share your story and express what brings you to therapy. Together, we will explore your feelings, thoughts, and patterns of behavior, creating space for a deeper understanding of yourself and your needs. Throughout therapy, the focus is on your present experience and inner growth, with the aim of discovering new possibilities and the strength for the next steps in your life.
